By accessing or using LiteracyGrow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

LiteracyGrow provides an online reading improvement platform for children ages 5 and above. The service includes diagnostic assessments, personalised lessons, spaced repetition practice, and progress tracking.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Child profiles must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

LiteracyGrow offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Free trials are available for new accounts. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact us at hello@literacygrow.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, audio, images, and software, is the property of LiteracyGrow and is protected by copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

LiteracyGrow is an educational supplement and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
